  7. Before performing the exercise, exhale slowly through the nose. Rotation with the eyes: to the right and down, the point between the eyebrows, left and down, the tip of the nose. Inhale.
  8. We repeat the massage of the eyes, as in exercise 1.
  9. The exercise needs a water tap. We collect a lot of water in the mouth, inflating the cheeks. We lean forward.   • Bend the right hand slightly and take it to the right. By lateral vision without turning the head, without straining vision, look at the index finger. Turn the finger on the right side to the left, the gaze from the finger cannot be torn off. Turn your finger back to the right. Exercise perform 10-12 times.
  • Sit on a chair in a comfortable pose. Massage the eyelids of eye closed with the fingers of both hands with circular movements, about 1 minute.
  • Sit on a chair in a comfortable pose. Close your eyes a little. The breath is arbitrary. Press the pillows of three fingers slightly on the eyelids, for 1-2 seconds. Remove your fingers. Repeat at least 3 times.

Eye exercises must be performed without straining, trying to relax the muscles of the eyes as much as possible. Exercises are performed without glasses, it is recommended to use points only if necessary.

  Eye exercises for children
