According to the ancient Indian knowledge system, each dish hides special forces - dosha, and also contains 5 primary elements in different proportions: earth, air, fire, water and ether (space). Physique and dosha in Ayurveda

These people have a proportional and harmonious physique. Representatives of Doshi Pitt are emotional and explosive. Pitta should not have red meat, nuts, ginger and saffron in the diet.
Kapha, or mucus

Representatives of Kapha have a wide bone, they are sluggish and love to bask in bed for a long time. At the same time, these are very confident people, balanced and peaceful. According to Ayurveda, the representatives of Kapha are shown the following food: the main diet products are soy cheese, legumes, brown rice, the main seasoning is ginger. The balanced ratio of three Dosh gives a person a good mood, health and longevity.
