- After one day, take the kvass from the refrigerator, put in a warm place, and let it still stand in this state for 5 days.
- Strain the resulting drink through gauze and drink.

Beetroot kvass for cleansing
You can cook beetroot kvass at home with the aim of cleansing the body of toxins and toxins. To do this, use this recipe:

- After the specified time, strain kvass and you can start drinking it - 1 glass before each meal for 1 month.
How to take beetroot kvass?
There are several basic rules how to drink beetroot kvass:
- If you drink kvass to lose weight, then drink a drink 30 minutes before each meal every day for several months (the duration of the intake depends on how much you want to lose weight).
