Then the banks are extracted from the water and closed with lids.

  • 2/3 cups of 9%vinegar.

The recipe is very simple, will not take much time and special culinary skills. In 1 hour, you can cook 5 wonderful jars with cucumbers.

  1. In sterilized jars we lay out 1 laurel sheet, 3 peas of fragrant pepper, 1 clove of garlic and herbs. We install the lower layer of cucumbers vertically, so they will take up a little space, they can be laid more tightly. And most importantly, it will look very appetizing! The upper layer of cucumbers is performed in accordance with the size: if they are very small, they can be put vertically, and large ones should be put horizontally.
  2. To prepare the marinade, pour water into the pan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil. Boiling a few minutes, pour vinegar, boil again.
  3. Pouring a boiling marinade in a container with cucumbers, set the banks in a pan for sterilization, pour them with hot water on the shoulders and put them on the fire.
  4. 10 minutes after boiling, we take out the jars and fix with metal lids.

Banks do not have to wrap, you can just turn them upside down and let cool at room temperature.
